Remove your profile
If you are profiled in Timbre and want your profile removed, email timbre@juracich.com with your name and the profile link. Write from an address listed on your public website or channel, or tell us how we can verify that the request comes from you.
You do not need to give a reason or a legal basis. Once we confirm it is you, your profile comes down for everyone, its transcript passages are deleted, and it is not compiled again unless you ask.
Remove a recording
If you own a recording and do not want it indexed, or it has been taken down at its source, send us the original recording URL and the Timbre page where it appears. If you own the recording, tell us how we can verify that. We remove its passages from the profile it belongs to.
What happens next
We review requests manually and reply within two business days. If we need more information to identify the material or confirm your identity or authority, we will ask by email.
If you are acting for someone else, explain who you represent and how we can confirm your authority. You do not need a Timbre account to make a request.
Copyright and privacy
You can also send copyright notices and personal-data requests to timbre@juracich.com. Our contact page explains what to include in a copyright notice. For account data and deletion, see our privacy policy.
