Write to timbre@juracich.com from the email on your account. For a billing question, include the date and amount of the charge. We reply within two business days.

To remove your profile, a recording you own, or material taken down at its source, follow the removal request process. It explains what to send and what happens next. You do not need a Timbre account.

To report material you believe infringes your copyright, email timbre@juracich.com with: the work, the Timbre page or recording concerned, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them, and your signature. We act on valid notices promptly.

To access, correct, export or delete your personal data, write to timbre@juracich.com. You can also delete your account yourself from Settings.
